The Adirondack 46ers is an organization of hikers who have climbed all 46 High Peaks of the Adirondack Mountains in New York State. The High Peaks are defined as those mountains that are over 4,000 feet (1,219 m) in elevation.
The challenge began with brothers Robert and George Marshall and their guide Herbert Clark, who climbed all 46 peaks between 1918 and 1925. Since then, thousands of hikers have completed this prestigious challenge.
Our app helps you track your progress toward becoming an official 46er, with features designed specifically for this challenge and other Adirondack hiking goals.
